The Glass Chimney Restaurant  offers a cozy dining retreat with tables draped in white linen, original art hanging from the walls, mini-chandeliers sparkling from the decorative ceiling and a candlelit dining room.  The European-influenced continental cuisine blended with traditional American  includes starters of sauteed foie gras, a pate combo and fresh smoked baby shrimp. The perfectly seasoned 14-ounce New York strip topped with sauteed portobello mushrooms comes with scrumptious sides of garlic mashed potatoes and seasoned green beans.  Desserts include a sticky Viennese apple strudel.
