It?s evident that each USDA prime steak is aged for optimal flavor and tenderness. The filet, available in three sizes, is proof of the aging success. The menu also tempts with offerings of salmon, fish and a double cut pork chop. Entr?es are ? la carte. The pricey shrimp cocktail has a tingling hot sauce that alerts you to its power as it reaches the center of your throat. Wines are exceptional and several also are available by the glass.
