Eagle Creek Park is located on the northwest side of Indianapolis, IN.  It is one of the nation's largest developed city parks.  The park offers a lake for boaters and beach for swimmers.  Other features and facilities include boat rentals, bike rentals, sailing lessons, pistol range, archery range, hayrides, cross country skiing, endurance events, commercial photography film shoot, and nature center.  Shelters are available for rental.  The Park also houses Eagle's Hideaway, a beautiful facility surrounded by 34 acres of rugged, sloping wooded terrain located on the west side of Eagle Creek Park that is the new home for the art shows presented by the Fine Arts Committee.
